Massage Therapy Program provides the student with instruction in therapeutic massage with knowledge of the structure and function of the human body. Training in this program is client-centered and also includes massage practicum, and spa techniques, muscular activity, mechanic of body movements. Graduates are prepared for employment opportunities as massage therapists. This course has been designed to give you the fundamental knowledge of the different types of massage, strokes uses, techniques and variations and the purpose and benefits of each strokes and its applications.
